For example, EMP is a market leader in the fabrication, assembly, and testing of embedded-tube heat exchangers, a technology that is critical to many of our customers in the Semicon and Electronics Industries. This capability requires tight dimensional control over dissimilar metals, and also requires knowledge of advanced adhesives and thermal conductivity.
EMP is also a key supplier of copper-tube coil windings, having produced customized components for a broad range of applications in the Semicon, HVAC, and Commercial Refrigeration Industries. EMP is capable of fabricating copper-tube coils ranging in size from 3-inches in diameter to several feet. We also offer testing services on all products we manufacture -- this includes pressure and flow testing, x-ray scans to detect internal failures, and other industry-specific compliance testing.
